Nanny G's Vintage Collection Quality Merchandise Backed by Excellent Customer Service
Nanny G's Vintage Collection is a family affair. My husband, David, and I, Nan, started this business in 2003. David and I have been married for 30 years but when we first started out, our first house was furnished ‘ala Grandmother’. We loved getting pieces from various relatives and with each piece came a history of who owned it, how it was acquired, etc. This began our love affair with antiques. Our business started with selling a few vintage pieces of linen on Ebay. I definitely have a “thing” for antique linens and my house is full of wonderful examples of the quality of hand needlework. We acquire our items by going to estate sales, auctions and antique shows. Sometimes we even hit a few garage sales. Buying is definitely the fun part; it’s like a treasure hunt. We look for quality items which have either a collectible or decorative appeal.
Nanny G's provides our customers with the opportunity to shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our eBay store Nanny G's Vintage Collection. Check out our feedback and you will see our customers are very satisfied with our merchandise and our service following the sale.
Besides selling on Ebay, Nanny G’s also participates in several quality antique shows in Texas. Click here for a complete calendar of shows. By participating in “live” antique selling we can stay current with what our customers are looking for and see what other antique dealers are offering. A live antique fair gives you the opportunity to talk to the dealers and learn the history of the piece you are acquiring. After all, buying antiques is really buying memories.
By popular request of our customers, Nanny G's recently opened a shop location in Houston, TX. We are located in Southwest Antiques and Collectibles. Come visit us and ask the desk for Nanny G's Vintage Collection or Booth #17.
