Since no two estates are alike, we offer a variety of options
designed to fit your unique needs. No matter which option you
choose, or even if you decide not to use our services, our initial
consultation is always free.
FULL SERVICE OPTION
With the full service option,
we take care of every aspect
of the sale. We will organize all
the contents, price the estate items, advertise the sale, conduct the
sale, and handle removal of any remaining items. We are
experienced sellers of antiques and collectibles. Your items will be
professionally displayed in order to get top dollar, and your valuable
items will be safely showcased to protect against theft. We will also
separate the estate items from the “garage sale” items. Estate
items will be sold from the house, whereas “garage sale” items will
be sold from the garage. This separation provides a less cluttered
and more professional stage for your estate items. Our goal is to
maximize the profit from your estate. You can rely on our expertise.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
For small estates or when the family only wishes to sell a couple of
items, consignment of the estate items may be a good option for
you. With the consignment option, we may include your items in
another estate sale, or offer for sale in an antique show. For special
estate items requiring a larger audience, listing on Internet sales
sites is available. As antique dealers, we are also available to
purchase individual items.

Q. How much does your service cost?
For the full service option, we typically charge 30% of the gross
sales.
Q. When do you hold the sale?
We will normally hold the sale on Friday and Saturday. Sometimes
for a large estate, an additional day is needed.
Q. How do you determine the price?
We have several years experience selling antiques and many, many
more buying them. It is important to set a price point that not only
will maximize your profit but also will generate a sale. Price is
determined by Rarity, Desirability, Condition, Markings, and Current
Market. Estate items will be thoroughly researched to determine the
best price point for you.
Q. What happens to the items that don’t sell?
While it is usually impossible to completely sell out, we will
recommend price points where the majority of estate items will sell.
We will arrange for remaining items to be picked up by a local
charity, or, if feasible, bring in a local auction house for
consignment.
Q. What are your qualifications?
We are experienced antique dealers who actively participate in
antique shows in Texas, have a shop location, and an on-line store.
